On March 18, 2023, the General Assembly of the European Tug-of-War Federation was held in Berlin, Germany. Our country was represented at the meeting by our Federation President, Eray ALDEMİR. The meeting addressed the re-election of board members, the calendar, weight categories, and coaching and refereeing courses. Additionally, in accordance with a decision by the Executive Board, it was decided that the European Beach Tug-of-War Championship will be held in our country in October 2023 to mark our Centennial. Oliver Stegemann, Vice President of the German Olympic Sports Federation, also attended the meeting. Tug-of-War Federation President Eray Aldemir presented the Turkish National Team jersey to European Tug-of-War Federation President Rauf Brauninger and the Executive Board. #tugofwarturkey #holdonthetowholdonthelife
