Silifke's Pride: National Athletes Pay Meaningful Visit to the District Governorship Following the 2nd International Open Turan Cup Tug-of-War Tournament held on Taşucu Beach between May 1-3, 2026, athletes from the Turkish National Tug-of-War Team visited the Silifke District Governorship. During the visit, which included national athletes from Silifke, the athletes shared their assessments of the tournament and exchanged views on the development of Turkish tug-of-war. At the meeting held in the District Governor's office, the national and international achievements of the young athletes were appreciated.
